Our experience thus far with Wessel Insurance has been outstanding. We have been with the same insurance company for 30 years. Given some changes in the company, as well as rising costs, we decided to shop around. A friend recommended Wessel and we looked no further. We dealt with Michelle, and from start to finish her service was exceptional. She is very detail-oriented, efficient, and simply a pleasure to deal with. She helped us understand the best coverage for us, and she made changes and answered our questions at every turn. When called Erie I was greeted with a professional and delightful welcome to Erie. After an extensive conversation,with Dave Wessel, about my car insurance from Allstate’s after many years. I was given a lower quote and more extensive coverage. My curiosity was aroused and asked about two home owners insurance policies that I had with Allstate for 25 years. When Dave called me back with a quotes for each policy and better coverage the two polices were $100s less. I was able to spread them out for a year with no fee charge for paying monthly. I am now proud to be a part of the Erie community and thank Dave and to Michelle, who set up my auto pay It is rewarding to know that I can reach staff anytime and if not available I receive a call back within moments. Let's be honest — nobody wakes up excited to deal with insurance. Usually it's somewhere between "going to the DMV" and "doing taxes" on the fun scale. But Tim and his team? Total game-changers. They're somehow always available — like magical insurance superheroes who actually answer their phones, answer your questions, and somehow make you feel less stressed instead of more. Wild concept, right? They're patient, helpful, and (this is key) they explain things like real human beings — no confusing jargon, no pressure, no judgment if you ask "wait, what's a deductible again?" for the third time. Dealing with insurance isn't supposed to feel easy or pleasant... but with them, it somehow is. Honestly, they make it weirdly enjoyable. I almost look forward to calling them. (Who am I??)
